How Do I Place My Order?
You simply add items to your cart by clicking on the item, select size, then click add to cart. Items in your cart will appear in the top right hand corner of the page. When you click the cart button it will redirect you to the check out page. If you have any questions please contact us we will be happy to help!
How Long Does It Take To Receive My Order?
Please allow up to 7 business days to process your order. Orders are shipped via USPS priority flat rate with confirmation and generally take 2-5 days to arrive to there destination (Within the U.S.A). We also ship International!! International items generally take up to 14 business days but may take up to six weeks due to international customs. We are not responsible for customs fees. *Please note processing times may take up to 5 business days this doesn't include shipping times.
How Do I Pay?
We currently accept payments Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Paypal. CA residents will pay a sales tax of 8.00% that will be added to your total at check out. If you need any help just let us know!
Returns and Exchanges
NO RETURNS ON SWIM ITEMS. Exchanges can be made within 14 days of receiving your items. 30 days on International orders.
FINAL SALE on all clearance items, no exchanges or refunds.
If you are not happy with your item or need a different size we will be happy to exchange items. Items must have no signs of wear, this includes perfume scents and deodorant stains or any other soils in the materials. Items must still have tags attached with sanitary liner in place and original wrapping. Buyer is responsible for any return shipping fees. Please email us with your purchase # and date ordered. We will email a RN number that must appear on the outside of the packing. Any items returned with no RN will be refused and sent back to buyer. Please include original invoice with a note on your exchange. Please note we can not guarantee which items will be in stock at the time of your exchange. Once item is approved for exchange buyer will be invoiced for return shipping fees along with adjustments in item price. We will not ship exchanges until shipping is paid. We can also offer store credit to buyer to purchase items at a later date.
I Never Received My Item? Where is it?
USPS will usually leave a notice that no one was home to sign for the package, in most cases it will be held at the local post office for up to 14 business days. Please refer to your tracking confirmation information to track your incoming package. If a package is returned to us via USPS as unclaimed we will notify the buyer and re-invoice for shipping cost. No refunds are allowed on unclaimed packages. The buyer can choose to reship products or we will issue a store credit in the amount of the products minus shipping fees.

Yes we offer wholesale on select items as well as drop shipping around the world. Please contact us at SugarDollSwim@yahoo.com for more information. Please be sure to include your contact information along with a little about yourself and your shop. Also be sure to include your tax I.D number.
I Would Love To Model For Sugar Doll, How Can I Become A Model?
Thanks for your interest. Currently we are not looking for any new models. If you are interested we still love networking and meeting new faces. Please email us at SugarDollSwim@yahoo.com to be considered. Please include your stats along with photos and any experience. Emails with no photos or stats will not be considered. We can not guarantee any modeling gigs.
I Am A Photographer/Model, Do You Shoot For Trade?
We don't send out products to shoot for trade. We are very limited to what photographers we work with. We may loan items, because of demand we no longer do trades. Serious inquiry's only, to be considered you must be willing to sign contract and place credit card on file to hold products. No exceptions.
I Have A Coupon Code, How Do I Apply It?
When you reach check out you will need to enter your shipping information, next click check out and you will see the coupon code box on the right side. Only one coupon code per transaction.
I See An Item I Like But It Says It's Out Of Stock Will It Be Back?
Any items that are listed "Final Sale" will not be restocked. We can not guarantee that items will be restocked. We are currently working on adding a feature to the website that will allow buyers to add their information when a product is sold out if they would like to be notified when it returns. Please stay tuned.
